If you're not happy with VODPad Pro, contact us at support@vodpad.gg within 14 daysof your purchase or renewal charge and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days. Requests made after 14 days are considered on a case-by-case basis. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but doesn't itself trigger a refund for the current period.
